Wednesday Flow Yoga
This dynamic flow is ideal for those with some yoga experience or a reasonable level of fitness who want to move with awareness, deepen their practice, and feel stronger in both body and mind.

Weekly themes provide intention and focus—ranging from courage and core connection to flow and focus—so your practice feels purposeful and evolving.
This class is best suited for those who are comfortable getting up and down from the floor and holding postures with moderate strength and stability.

Lisa’s classes are always fab. I returned to yoga this week after taking a break and realised what a big difference yoga makes on a number of fronts. Lisa is good at combining a class that strengthens you physically and calms your mind and increases your energy. Thoroughly recommend.
