Lisa’s gentle flow class is absolutely wonderful. After taking a break from yoga for quite a while due to work, it’s been such a joy to return—and this class has been the perfect way to ease back in. Lisa is a fantastic teacher: her knowledge is impressive, and she explains the benefits of each posture in a clear and accessible way. Each session begins with time to settle in, helping you shift into a relaxed and focused mindset before moving through the poses. The flow is always well-paced and thoughtfully structured, and the relaxation at the end of class is a highlight—it leaves you feeling calm, balanced, and renewed. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a gentle yet deeply effective practice.
