Theming each week brings focus and inspiration — from grounding and balance to compassion and clarity — offering a deeper connection to yourself both on and off the mat. Suitable for those that enjoy yoga at a slower pace. This class includes strength work and long held stretches. Please note: you’ll need to be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably.

Yoga with Lisa is something special, not just a class of moving from one posture to another. Lisa has enviable knowledge about the body, and everything is done mindfully and with purpose. Amazing classes with breath work , meditation and postures , definitely food for your soul.
