Sams Hatha Yoga classes are a real treat. I particularly like the balance exercises and come away feeling at peace and rejuvenated all at the same time. No two classes are the same. Sam is really knowledgeable a deluxe s joy to be around.

Sam is a wonderful yoga teacher, she's very knowledgeable giving the background and context which is always interesting, and pacing the session to support everyone with encouragement and good humour. Most of all I always feel better after a session. Thanks Sam
