A great place to move, stretch, relax and enjoy time for you and your baby. Classes focus on movement to assist in postnatal recovery, building strength and flexibility after birth, strengthening the pelvic floor and relieving aches and pains. As well as time for you to relax and bond with your baby.
Suitable for woman 6 weeks postpartum or 12 weeks following c-section. No previous yoga experience necessary.
