The Sacred Sanctuary Candle lit Yin Yoga sessions have proven very satisfying and exactly what I needed. I was suffering with back pain from past injuries (nothing very serious) and hip and other joint pains from been on my feet long days and strenuous physical work over the years. The long stretches in yin yoga have helped immensely! The relaxed environment and meditation & breath work involved has proven an added positive, helping me to relax, focus and take my mind of the various stresses that were plaguing me as a self employed person setting up another new business. I can only recommend this! And add, I amd friends who have joined me for the sessions have all been made to feel very welcome!
