This is a Vinyasa style class that focuses on aligning movement with the breath, building heat in the body through a flowing sequence of poses. Vinyasa classes help to increase flexibility and strength and are a great work out for the whole body. Open to everyone whether you’re a complete beginner or practice yoga often.

Lovely yoga studio Really enjoyed the session on a Sunday morning Sara is very friendly and it was quite challenging but not at all did it feel as if I couldn’t go sometimes at my own pace

Sara’s Candlelit Yin class was an incredibly soothing and restorative experience. The gentle glow of candlelight and low lighting created a nurturing, peaceful atmosphere that immediately helped me feel grounded. I arrived feeling a little anxious and overwhelmed, but by the end of the session, it felt as though all my worries had melted away. Sara’s guidance throughout was beautifully gentle and encouraging. She supported us through each pose in a way that felt both safe and empowering. The studio itself added to the sense of sanctuary — thoughtfully set with props, incense, and soft music, it was a truly tranquil setting for a Friday evening unwind. I also love Sara’s other yoga classes, particularly her more active Vinyasa-based classes. These offer an excellent workout while staying deeply connected to the breath — a powerful combination that always leaves me feeling stronger, more centred, and uplifted.
