The class begins with gentle, flowing sequences to release built-up tension and reset your energy, followed by longer-held Yin poses to stretch deeply, calm the nervous system, and prepare your body for rest. Suitable for all levels, this grounding practice promotes relaxation, balance, and a peaceful transition into the evening.
