Designed for students who can comfortably hold a handstand against the wall or have some experience freestanding. This session will cover:
• Handstand transitions (tuck, straddle, L-shape)
• Balance drills and freestanding techniques
• Core and shoulder conditioning
• Refining alignment and body awareness
• Controlled entries and exit strategies
Led by experienced coach Judit, each workshop offers individualized feedback, drills, and plenty of practice time in a supportive environment.
