Join our bail out of handstand workshop with Judit
One of the biggest obstacles in handstand practice is the fear of falling. Without the knowledge of how to exit safely, many practitioners hesitate to fully commit to their inversions, leading to instability and frustration. This workshop, led by Judit, is designed to provide a structured and methodical approach to falling safely, refining alignment, and building confidence in handstands.
By focusing on proper body alignment, participants will learn how to create a stable foundation that not only minimizes the risk of falling but also allows for more controlled exits when needed. Whether you are a beginner working on your first handstand or an experienced practitioner refining your technique, this workshop will give you the tools to practice inversions with greater awareness, control, and ease.
What You Will Learn
✅ Alignment for Stability and Control – Understand how proper handstand alignment enhances balance and facilitates smoother exits.
✅ Safe Exit Strategies – Learn multiple controlled techniques for exiting a handstand, including the cartwheel, tuck & roll, and step-down methods.

I attended the Baill out of a Handstand workshop on Sunday. I loved every minute of it. The drills were really tough but Judit was brilliant, she guided each of us who attended as we were all at varying levels. I felt really encouraged and supported by Judit and even felt comfortable enough to start bailing out of a Handstand on my own. I would encourage anyone who has ever had an interest in learning to do handstands to contact this school. The beginners sessions are excellent as a starting point😁
