This class focuses on functional movements—the type of exercises that help you perform daily activities more easily and efficiently. From lifting, squatting, and pressing to core stability and cardio endurance, this class provides a full-body workout, helping you build strength, balance, and mobility.
Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to maintain a healthy routine, this class is designed to suit all fitness levels. The sessions are less intense than our HIIT classes, but still provide a solid workout that will leave you feeling accomplished!

This was my first time at The Gym Unit and I was a little apprehensive. However, I had a very warm welcome and a great introduction to the FF class. It was a mixed ability class but I felt comfortable to go at my own pace. I've booked for the next class and am looking forward to seeing results. Thank you.
