This Flexibility class is going to be working towards splits and backbends.
The first part is going to start with a warm up, focusing on hip flexors and hamstrings. Next, specific drills for strong and safe splits, as well as covering the technique for splits. In the second half of the workshop the focus will be on shoulders and backbends. We will work with both passive and active exercises, as it’s very important to learn which muscles need to be engaged in the different positions for most efficient and safe flexibility training.
No prior experience is required for this workshop as different progressions will be provided based on everyone’s individual needs.

Attending the mobility session for the first time was a great experience. Even though it was challenging at times, it was a “good pain”the kind that makes you aware of your body’s potential. What an amazing experience!! This was an intense handstand workshop style class. The instructor, Judit was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely for students with some handstand experience and a strong desire to improve their skills. Would definitely do this class again next time I’m in London.

Excellent training space, excellent teachers with great experience, knowledge and teaching methods, and excellent community. Couldn't recommend more to join these classes, either as a one time thing while passing by London, or as a regular thing! Can't wait for my next time visiting London and join the classes!
