Somatic Breathwork is a 2.5 hour deep dive using Conscious Connected Breathing — a circular breath pattern that opens the door to the unconscious, clears emotional residue from the body, and reconnects you to the parts of yourself you’ve had to suppress or forget.
Through this powerful practice, we bypass the thinking mind and enter the body’s truth — your body knows what’s ready to be felt, released, and remembered. You may experience waves of emotion, physical sensations, insight, deep rest, or altered states of consciousness. I will guide you every step of the way in a safe, trauma-informed space.
