Chair Yoga & Tea is designed for those looking for a slow and gentle yoga class seated and standing, with no floor time.
Chair & Standing Yoga & Tea is designed for those looking for a slow and gentle yoga class - for anyone who prefers not working from the floor.
All classes will be designed to encourage movement, flexibility and build strength as well as working on calming the mind.
During the class we will make good use of chairs to assist you through this gentle practice. You can expect to feel taller, stronger and hopefully better overall in yourself after each session.
Following a 45 minute yoga session we will stop together for a cup of tea or coffee and perhaps a snack before continuing on with our day.
