You can join us from 12 weeks and it's suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience.

A great opportunity to meet other pregnant ladies, being new to the area it has made me feel abit more comfortable with having my first baby. The yoga is also great! A nice relaxing time each week, I look forward to the down time from a busy week.
