An introduction to more advanced postures.
This yoga class is a mixture of hatha and vinyasa, so expect floaty flows, intermingled with deep, held stretches, utilising breathwork. It will start introduce some more advanced variations of well known postures, so make sure to listen to your body and take any adaptations and variations needed to make yourself comfortable.
Please don't be put off giving this a go, even if you consider yourself a complete beginner, this class is perfect for you. All levels are catered for and the intention is not to master all of the asana straight away, if ever, it's to build strength, confidence and to show you that you are far more capable than you know. It's not about how it looks, it's about how it feels.

Chilled early morning yoga class at the Zone fitness was superb! Great way to start the day in calm studio space. Will definitely add this class to my timetable again!
