Come along and experience something new at 'Happy Hang Out' /aerial yoga after school class for junior age children 7+ . Its exercise in disguise ..... lots of fun exploring what we can do with the yoga slings, often things we didn't think possible !
We finish with a relaxing cocoon pose in the slings and a guided relaxation, followed with a heathy treat to keep them going until tea time.
Children attending AJS junior school will be collected from school by Rebecca. Those attending other schools can arrive at 3.45pm. The session finishes at 4.40pm.
