Join us for our brand-new Functional Fitness class 🏋️♂️🤸
This class focuses on functional movements—the type of exercises that help you perform daily activities more easily and efficiently. From lifting, squatting, and pressing to core stability and cardio endurance, this class provides a full-body workout, helping you build strength, balance, and mobility.
Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to maintain a healthy routine, this class is designed to suit all fitness levels. The sessions are less intense than our HIIT classes, but still provide a solid workout that will leave you feeling accomplished!
Things to remember
📍 Location: We’re located between Drem and Fenton Barns, just opposite the lay-by on the main road. Look out for the large green units – we’re in Unit No. 10!
🛠️ What to Bring:
• Water bottle to stay hydrated 💧 • Sweat towel – it’s going to be a good workout! • Indoor shoes (if possible) to help keep our gym floor clean.

My first time doing any form of circuit training. I was a bit nervous anticipating, correctly, that I would be by a margin the oldest there. Audra was very welcoming and is well organised. She clearly explained each exercise and constructively corrected any deviation on my part. I found it progressively difficult towards the end of the session but have signed up for next week.

First time back at a gym in decades and loved every moment. Doesn’t feel intimidating like big gyms and more like a private gym with a personal trainer guiding you through the class. Friendly people and very enjoyable. Aching a bit after, but thats a good thing😂
