Cupcake Flower Piping Class
In this hands-on class, each participant will receive 12 Baker & Chef vanilla cupcakes—ready for you to decorate with beautiful, buttercream flowers!
You’ll learn how to pipe four different flower designs using smooth, American buttercream:
We’ll teach you how to make the perfect American buttercream and get it to just the right consistency for flower piping. You’ll also be introduced to the piping nozzles used for each flower, with live demonstrations, expert tips, and step-by-step guidance to help you master each technique.
You’ll create three of each flower design, leaving the class with a full box of 12 beautifully decorated cupcakes.
No prior piping experience is necessary—beginners are very welcome! Some experience can be helpful, but it’s not required.

Recently attended the Floral Cupcakes – Piping & Decorating Class at Baker and Chef and had an absolutely fabulous experience. We learnt how to transform cupcakes into stunning floral designs and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Ffi, our tutor, was fantastic, patient, encouraging and highly skilled. Even as a beginner I felt supported every step of the way. By the end of the workshop I had twelve beautifully iced cupcakes that I was genuinely proud of. The cupcake sponge was perfect and delicious, freshly baked by Ffi. Ffi kindly baked a special batch without egg to accommodate my allergy, which I really appreciated. The class was both fun and rewarding and I would highly recommend the experience to anyone looking to learn a new skill or enjoy a creative afternoon.
