Following a delightful workshop in June ,Cherie Jerrard of group 'Bedouin Shiver' returns for another beginner level Belly Dance experience !
Rooted in tribal-style bellydance, Cherie’s approach invites a sense of transcendental escapism, collective wellness, and unity through shared movement—an experience of flowing together as one.
Join her as she shares some fundamental moves that will practised to music and built into a short choreography.
This session is suitable for both beginners and those with bellydance experience.
What to wear:
Please wear comfortable, easy to move in clothes. Soft flat shoes or bare feet. Scarfs around waste or bellydance belts are optional.
